Raymond Stollings Obituary

Guyton – Raymond W. Stollings, 94, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025 at home with his wife and daughter beside him.



The West Virginia native was a retired iron worker with Local # 709. He had worked in the coal mines, had owned a gas station, race car, and a mechanic shop. Ray loved gardening, woodworking, his animals and his beloved Boston Terriers, but most of all he was devoted to his family.



He was preceded in death by his parents, Doran & Nona Stollings; and his siblings.



He is survived by his wife, Michelle Raye Stollings; daughter, Jessica Rae Jackson (Wes); and a brother, Billy Stollings.



Visitation: 5-7 pm Friday, September 12, 2025 in the funeral home.



Funeral: 11 am Saturday, September 13, 2025 in the funeral home chapel.



Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens
