I was shocked and saddened by the news that my longtime friend had passed away. Ray was my former manager at Vicor corp. But he was more than my manager. He was a true friend. He would constantly make me laugh with his great sense of humor. A true funny man! I will never forget all the laughs and great times we had together. I think of them often. Rest in peace my good friend. I will always remember you.

My heart goes out to Sandra and the kids. I will always remember Ray fondly, with his sense of humor and his wise advice as my mentor. Rest in peace my friend.
