Reba Burris Belden, age 79, passed away on January 10, 2026, at TJ Health Columbia in Columbia, Kentucky. Born on June 16, 1946, in Adair County, Kentucky, Reba was the cherished daughter of the late Lester and Daisy Burton Burris.

Reba lived a life grounded in her Christian faith and filled with joy, music, and connection. She loved singing, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends-moments that brought her the greatest happiness and created memories her loved ones will forever hold close.

Reba worked for several years as a cook at Lindsey Wilson College, where she was known for her warmth and dedication. She later retired from the Adair Youth Development Center, closing her career with the same commitment and care she brought to every part of her life.

And bonus children Jennifer (John) Roberson and Kevin (Julie) Belden. She was a proud grandmother to 12 grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren.

Reba is also survived by her brothers, Edward Burris and Steve (Jennifer) Burris, and her sister, Eula Goetz.

Her legacy of kindness, laughter, and unwavering love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
