Reba Talley Obituary
She was born in Oconee, South Carolina, to the late Joseph and Amy Wilbanks Blackwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rickey Talley; and son, DJ Talley.
She always wanted to make people laugh and saw her children's friends as her own. She loved everyone, especially her family and her four grandbabies.
She is survived by her children, David (Marina) Talley and Richard (Tina) Talley; grandchildren, Justin Talley, Ryder Talley, Madison Talley and Jackson Talley; brother, Robert (Helen) Blackwell; and several other children she claimed as her own.
The family will receive friends Monday, Jan. 19, at Clear Creek Baptist Church from 12 to 1 p.m. A service will follow at 1 p.m., with Gary McCall officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
