She is survived by her husband Edward, children Rea Koren (Alon), Kassia Janezich (Tim Mosser), David Janezich (Hannah), grandchildren Max and Connor Mosser, Sylvi Janezich and Jonathan Koren, stepmother Vivian Shortreed, sisters Ruth Shortreed and Jessica George Boettger, as well as sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, and dogs Hamish and Annie. Preceded in death by daughter Megan (Janezich) Hoenack, son-in-law Paul Hoenack, father Robert Shortreed, mother and stepfather Margaret and Charles George, sisters Andrea Bellinger and Joliah Shortreed, brother Michael Shortreed, and nephew Kris McCulloch Erickson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials directed to Tasks Unlimited (https://www.tasksunlimited.org/, Tasks Unlimited, 2419 Nicollet Ave S., Minneapolis, MN 55404).
A ceremony celebrating Becky's life will occur in the spring.
