Rebecca Rishel Obituary
Born July 14, 1971, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Englert and Stella Mae Krape.
On July 16, 1987, Becky married her love, Harry C. Rishel, with whom she shared 37 years of marriage. Together, they had four daughters whom Becky took pride in raising.
She was employed at Doebler's Farm and then Truck Lite.
Becky loved family cookouts, tending to her flowers from spring through summer, attending auctions, and doing diamond paintings. She also enjoyed caring for her farm animals.
In addition to her husband, Harry Rishel of McElhattan, she is survived by her daughters: Miriam Rishel (Mike Geyer) of McElhattan, Bobbie (Lee) Lowmiller of McElhattan, Debbie (Kyle) Coover of Castanea and Amanda Rishel of Lock Haven; brother, George Krape of McElhattan; eight grandchildren: Hailey Lowmiller, Dakota Rishel, Dalton Lowmiller, Trayton Lowmiller, Aideynn Coover, Myra Coover, Rylee Rishel and James Rishel; a great grandchild, Josie Donoughe; and her beloved dogs, Toby and BamBam.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Simcox Krape and grandfather, Oscar Simcox.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 4 PM at Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2 PM until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions in Becky's name may be made to either American Cancer Society or The Gatehouse through the funeral home.
