Rebecca Lee Rocho

Rebecca Lee (Curton) Rocho went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2022. She was born in Battle Creek, MI at Community Hospital in 1948. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Chester T. and Vertie Mae (Goodin) Curton. She is survived by her brother and sisters, James E. and Bernice Curton, Mary Inez Byrd, Betty Louise and Richard Norrod, and Gale Carpenter.
Rebecca graduated from Springfield High School and later attended and graduated from Community College of Nursing, University of Mississippi Nurse-Midwifery. She worked as a midwife in Michigan, Minnesota and Arizona. She also worked for Bronson Hospital in the Diabetic Education Department until her retirement from the hospital.
After a long illness she passed away in her home with her dear cat, Tator at her side.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral and Cremation Service, on May 10, 2022 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Interment will take place at the Morgan Cemetery following the visitation at 2:00 pm.
