I so enjoyed coming to see you and Marge at your incredible Western home on the westside of Tucson - the last time in 2016, but previous times also. We had such fun. Thank you for showing me your museum and home and sharing lunch!! I really enjoyed seeing your barn with all of the wagons and stagecoaches! I'd like to post some of them to my FP page if it's OK. Hugs to you, Marge, and your great kids. Jan Gingold

I became familiar with Red and his family when they the concession at Old Tucson. Being a Livestock Officer for the State of Arizona I had many occasions to see them for one reason or another. Often I would ride around on the coach for a turn or two and then maybe go to lunch. Soon after the Wolverton's bought a ranch and moved to the Three Points area. This put them as my neighbors. Over the next several years I enjoyed becoming friends with the family. This is an easy task. For many years I was invited to their functions, we helped each other and just visited. I greatly appreciate the times I spent with Red. Several years ago I moved closer to town and had less contact with Red. Whenever I ran into him somewhere, went to visit or talk on the phone it was like I still lived next door. He was always fun to be around and had stories to keep you amused, entertained and you might even learn something. Red was a force of nature and will be missed. I will tell some of his stories and stories of him. Brad Cowan
