Rhiannon is survived by her mother Antoinette "Toni" Fast Horse; brothers Jeff (TeCara Lamont) Fast Horse, Regi (Tonee Ghost-Red Feather) Black Elk, III, Sheldon Black Elk; sisters Danica (Katrina) Chase, Troylynn Black Elk; children Khairee Caske White Bull, Nevaeh Patricia White Bull; Hunka brother Scott Medicine Blanket; nieces Mataya Lamont, Aldys Fast Horse, Novalee Black Elk; nephews Cashius Fast Horse, Kyaio Black Elk; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Rhiannon was preceded in death by her father Francis; stepfather Reginald Black Elk, Jr., Grandma Annie, Grandpa Joseph Fast Horse, Grandma Carmen Whiting, Aunt Rayette Black Elk, Grandpa Joe Fast Horse, Grandma Madonna Wounded Horse, Grandma Geraldine Fast Horse, Talbert Fast Horse, Uncle Alan Fast Horse, Grandma Arlene Bear Fast Horse.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Fast Horse, Regi Black Elk, Tony Ghost-Red Feather, Sheldon Black Elk, Edsel Bad Bear, Tony Adams, Jonathan Shane Black Elk and Scott Medicine Blanket.
