Refugio Vargas Obituary
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Monday, January 22, 2024, and Rosary at 7:00 pm at Eternity Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at St. Agnes Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish North Campus with Father Timothy Hayter officiating. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Eternity Funeral Home.
Refugio "Ralph" Vargas was born in Lamesa, TX to Rosendo and Dominga Vargas on September 1, 1960. He worked for Wiest Tire for many years.
Ralph is preceded in death by his Father Rosendo Vargas, Mother Dominga Vargas, Brother Ramon Vargas, Brother Joe Vargas, and Sister Martina Rivera.
Ralph is survived by Daughter Ursula Sanchez, Son Refugio "Quito" Vargas Jr, Son Andrew Vargas, Daughter Daleth Vargas, Brother Rosendo Jr Vargas, Brother Raymundo Vargas, Sister Lidia Olguin, Brother Ruvin Vargas, and Grandchildren Enissa Sanchez, Elias Sanchez, Edaina Sanchez, Edrick Sanchez, Andre Vargas, Aviana Vargas, Aeson Vargas, Aaliyah Vargas, Alissah Vargas, and Azriel White.
Pallbearers will be J.R. Vargas, Joe Vargas, Elias Sanchez, Andre Vargas, Jaden Vargas, and Isaac Angelo Zertuche.
The family of Ralph wish to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for their love and support during our time of bereavement. It has meant so much to our family.
