Obituary
Regina Litia Durr, 31, of Fayetteville, NC went home to her LORD Friday May, 12, 2023.
Regina was born at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC on September 28, 1991 daughter of Malia A. Durr, of Fayetteville, NC and Reginald E. Durr, of Meridian, MS. She was self-employed in the hospitality industry and enjoyed making people smile. Regina loved GOD, music, and dance along with teaching it through various youth programs, she loved children; especially her nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Catholic Catechist Alefosio and Seleni Bartley; and her aunties, Malelega Uiti Pele, First Lady Filomena Alefosio Murphy, and Aketi L. Washington; and her cousins Patrick Bartley; and Noella Bartley.
She is survived by her mother, Malia A. Durr of Fayetteville, NC; her brother, Regimar A. Durr, of Washington, DC; her sisters, Arkie M. Durr, of Columbia, SC, and Celenge L. Durr, of Fayetteville, NC; her special friend, Ebone Gibson, of Fayetteville, NC; her father Reginald E. Durr of Meridian, MS; her grandmother, Arkie M. Sims, of Meridian, MS; her sister Yolanda F. Jones, of Dallas, Texas; her brother, Reginald Jones, of Meridian, MS and many aunties and uncles, nieces and nephews; and a host of close family members and friends.
Visitation will be 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Friday, May 26, 2023 at Crystal Springs Chapel, 1400 Crystal Springs Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:30 PM with Pastor Louis Murphy officiating.
Interment will follow the Funeral Service at LaFayette Memorial Park West, 6701 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304 with Deacon Savili Bartley officiating.
