Regina Epps Obituary

Published by Snowden Funeral Home - Rockville on Dec. 3, 2017.
Regina Diane Epps, daughter of the late Florence Randolph and the late Morris "Sonny" Randolph Sr., was born June 29, 1957 in Bethesda, Maryland. Regina passed December 3, 2017 while celebrating the 61st birthday of her beloved husband, Clifton Epps. After 7 years of dating, they wed in the Spring of 1984 and enjoyed 33 more wonderful years together. Their marriage was a true testament of how your spouse is oftentimes your best friend. Together they moved across the country to raise their four beautiful daughters in San Diego. Regina was educated in the Montgomery County School System and worked various jobs before becoming a full-time homemaker, dedicating her life to her family. She worked endlessly to make them happy. She supported her husband throughout his career, her children through school and worked hard to make life as easy as possible for them. Although Regina 's family was the highlight of her life, she also loved music, art, shopping, exploring new places, and cooking new recipes. Her specialty was creating delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but she especially loved her friends. Her aspiration was to make anyone in her presence laugh. Even in her last moments, she fought to be with her family and strived to make others smile. In addition to her husband Clifton, Regina is survived by her daughters, Sara Thompson, Ashley Epps, Paige Epps, and Jamila Epps; her mother-in-law, Emily Webster; sister, Gloria Johnson (Greg); her brother, Morris Randolph, Jr.; her nieces, Shannon, Kayla, and Kristina; her nephews, Brian and Garrick; her grandchildren, Janaira and Asia and a host of other relatives and friends. She leaves them to cherish her memories.

Regina was my BFF in school. We shared sooo many memories. I loved her and her family like my own. Un4tunately, we lost touch and now we will meet again. I love you GINA. RIP My Good Friend.

Regina, God saw you growing tired and a cure was not to be, so He called you by name to release you from your pain. He placed his loving arms around you and whispered "Come with me."

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

My condolences to the family for your loss.

Peace, Prayers and Blessings,
