Regina Ann Kelly, 84, Altoona, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at UPMC Altoona. Born January 4, 1941, Altoona, daughter of the late William H. and Edna (Fochler) Long. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert P. Kelly Sr. Survived by her children, Robert P. (Tina) Kelly Jr., Annette L. (Joel) Caracciolo, and Melissa A. (Mike) Horne; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, William H. (Rose) Long, Patrick J. (Karen) Long, David A. (Vicki) Long, Michael J. (Bonnie) Long, Mary E. (Richard Jr.) Truesdale, Marie E. (David) Kissell, and Christina L. Long; and several nieces and nephews. Regina was a member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Altoona and the National Campers and Hikers Association. She worked as a paralegal for J Kirk Kling Law Offices and also volunteered at the Sacred Heart Food Pantry. Regina enjoyed reading, sewing, puzzles, playing solitaire, crafting, camping and traveling. Friends and family will be received Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 6-8 p.m., Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, February 17, 2025 at 10 a.m., Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 511 20th Street, Altoona, 16602, Fr. Michael Pleva celebrant. Committal Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Altoona. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Food Pantry, 2009 Sixth Ave., Altoona, PA 16602.
