Regina Marie Rivere

Regina Marie Rivere, born on January 2, 1958, in Vacherie, LA, passed away on April 23, 2025, at the age of 67.

Regina was a longtime resident of Gonzales, La. She was a devoted wife, companion, mother and grandmother. She and her husband operated a successful roofing business for several years. After her husband’s passing, she operated a successful house cleaning business for 25 years. Regina enjoyed playing bingo, search a word puzzles, garage sales, and most of all spending time taking care of her grandchildren.

Regina is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Rivere Sr.; long-time companion, Robert Arceneaux; her father, Joseph Horace Falgoust; daughter, Catina Marie Rivere; brothers-in-law, Harry Thibodaux and Steven Vicknair.

She is survived by her mother, Julia Falgoust; sisters, Kathy Vicknair, Flora Louque (Husband Emmett), and Barbara Anny (Husband Randy); brothers, Dennis Falgoust, Warren Falgoust (Wife Trudy), and Kelvin Falgoust (Wife Julie); her sons, Bobby Rivere Jr. and Greg Rivere; grandchildren, Mason Rivere, Logan Rivere, and Willow Rivere; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, 3 Aunts, and extended family.

Visitation will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 44450 Highway 429, Saint Amant, LA 70774, on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Hope Haven Gardens of Memory, Hwy 30.
