Regina Stevens Obituary
She was the youngest of four children and the only daughter. Regina was known for her strong personality, unmistakable laugh, and a presence that could fill a room.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Pearline Williams; brother, John Williams; and husband, John Stevens.
Regina is survived by her daughters, Audra Peterson-Williams, and Jennifer Ybarra; sons-in-law, Joel Mead and Eric Ybarra; beloved grandsons, Brayden and Carter Ybarra; father Lewis Thomas Williams; brothers, Stephen Williams and Jeff Williams; stepmother, Nancy Williams; nieces; nephews; cousins; and a wide circle of family and friends whose lives were touched by her presence.
A graveside service will be held on January 16, 2026, at 2 PM, at Sierra View Memorial Park, 4900 Olive Avenue, Olivehurst, CA 95961. Services will follow at Walnut Avenue Community Center, 1431 Walnut Avenue, Yuba City, CA 95993.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Regina's memory through her memorial fund.
