Reginald was born on November 1, 1946 and passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017. Reginald was a resident of Stigler, Oklahoma at the time of passing. Graveside Services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Hoyt Cemetery with Rev. David Bigger officiating.

Happened to work with Reggie at The city of Tulsa (Bond Crew 1975 1977). He was a good man,good work ethics and just good to have as a Lead man. He was a good example of what a working man was all about and as I was ten years his junior and learned a lot from his experience. He is in a better place now. Cry out of happiness for his life is with the Lord.
