Mark, Karen, Robin, Luke, Sophie, and Maria,
We are thinking of you all during this time of sorrow and new beginnings. I hope you all can find peace in knowing that your Dad/Grandfather is in a place where he is freed from this terrible disease. Our thoughts are with you and your entire family as your journey continues with a new angel to watch over you.

Hello DeClercq family. My name is Tyler and I work at Troy Beaumont on 3 east. I had the pleasure to care for Remi through the past few months during his hospital stays. Remi was one of those patients that you dont forget. Remi was very kind, thoughtful, loving, and selfless. Whenever his name popped up on my assignment sheet I smiled knowing that my shift was going to be a great one knowing he would be one of my patients. I even tried trading nurses for him on the days that I was not assigned him. Remi will always be remembered here in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this tough time.
