I remember spending Sunday afternoons and weekends with Renae in our pre-teen and teenage years. A favorite thing to do was to walk to Town and Country shopping center and buy huge dill pickles out of a wooden barrel at a country store there. We would walk and walk (or ride bikes) for hours. I also remember a time we tried to make our friends think we smoked marijuana by dropping rubbing alcohol in our eyes to make them red and acted like we were high. We also pierced my ears at her house in the bedroom... twice! We had some great times together! Our favorite album was Barbara Streisand“s greatest hits, Volume 2. We listened to it over and over. I still own the vinyl. Unfortunately, we lost touch after Angela was born.
My most sincere condolences to the family.
