Renee Ann Doll, age 59 of Perham, MN, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, December 6, 2025 after a long battle with cancer.
Renee was born July 22, 1966 in Perham, MN to Eugene and Carol (Buechler) Doll. In her younger years, along with her parents and siblings, the family made several moves living in both North Dakota and Minnesota, and then finally returning to Perham.
Renee was baptized Catholic and received the sacraments at St. Henry’s Catholic Church in Perham. Renee started school in Evansville, MN and at age six the family returned to Perham where she attended school at St. Henry’s Catholic School through sixth grade and then graduated from Perham High School in 1984. She then attended FFCC for two years, followed by three years at Moorhead State University, earning a degree in social work. Renee was a member of the Presentation Sisters of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Fargo, ND for seven years. On July 31, 2020 Renee dedicated her life to Christ, becoming a consecrated virgin. Renee worked a variety of jobs from a store clerk to a caregiver. Renee was a kind and loving person and often a kid at heart. She enjoyed the simple things in life and was always concerned about others. She was known as the fun aunt.
Renee loved the country and growing up on the family farm. She enjoyed camping, reading, being outdoors, gardening, swimming, crafts, playing games, helping others, and being an aunt. Renee was a spiritual person spending time in prayer and dedicating her life to God. She really enjoyed talking with people and was always ready to help in any way. She loved her two cats, Caly and Nutmeg, and her yorkie, Snickers.
Renee is survived by her parents, Eugene and Carol; three sisters, Dina (Lance) Johnson, Jennifer (Joe) Martin, Lynn (Brian) Lueders; three brothers, Mark (Michele) Doll, Richard (Lindsay) Doll, Tom (Janelle) Doll; many nieces and nephews; and seven great nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Elizabeth Doll; and Godfrey and Irene Buechler.
Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:15 and Parish Prayers at 6:30 on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Schoeneberger Funeral & Cremation Service in Perham. Visitation will resume from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 on Saturday, December 13 at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Perham. Interment will be at St. Henry's Catholic Cemetery in Perham.
