I still miss my friend and my soror. I was going through some old pictures and there was Renee and David's wedding pictures. That was truly a great day. Renee you are still truly in my heart and I still think about you.

I have Happy times and warm memories of Renee. The last time I spoke to Renee, we talked about her son David, Jr., her grandson and my son. Renee was a hostess at my wedding and I coordinated Renees wedding. My heart ached when I heard that Renee passed. My condolence to the family. My prayers are with you.

On behalf of the alumnae of Delta Beta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, I extend my condolences. We were made aware of Renee's transition just today. "For if I've been an AKA, life owes me naught ... I've lived my day." Sweet rest, soror ...

My sincerest condolences to the family. Yolanda and Michael, as well as my wife and kids, were saddened to hear the news. Yolanda had a chance to see Renee in early December. She certainly was the love of my brother's life. I trust that they are together again. May God's love help all of you find comfort during this very difficult time.
