Renita, affectionately known as Debbie, graduated from Trenton Central High School and attended Mercer County Community College.
She had one child, Shealynne P. Ward.
She worked as a clerk typist, at the State of New Jersey, Department of Corrections.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl E. Curry; father, Benjamin Ward Sr.; daughter, Shealynne P. Ward; brother, Samuel J. Ward; and nephew, Keith Bethea.
Debbie is survived by her brother, Benjamin Ward Jr. (Vera); sister, Cynthia Ward; brother, Tacuma Blackshear; nieces and nephew, Makeeya Smith (Raymond), Shawna Allen, Kara Ward, Jeaun Ward, Yolanda Ward (Roshunda), and Dominique Ward (Ailee); and a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
