Reno Bilaki Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Poole Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Woodstock on Oct. 29, 2024.

Reno Gage Bilaki unexpectedly and tragically passed away the afternoon of October 28th, 2024. He was just 25 years old. There’s not much solace to be had when someone so young loses their life, but in the short amount of time Gage spent here on the Earthly side of existence, he made sure to make it full. Maybe there is something to be said for that.

Gage was born January 15th, 1999 - a bright-eyed, curious boy who lived life “wide open” from the start. Gage loved to smile, and he shared his smile freely. He was the type of kid that wanted to help everyone around him and that never “met a stranger” – if you knew Gage, you were instantly his friend. As a boy, he loved the outdoors and riding his 200cc dirt bike. Gage was funny, a smart-ass by nature, and he threw many an elbow into a ribcage for a punny joke here and there. He was determined, and stubborn, and motivated. He was firmly planted in the notion that ‘if there’s a will, there’s a way”, and he knew what he wanted from life. Gage talked often about how much he loved kids and wanted to be a dad one day, but only when he was financially stable and ready. His cousin put it best when she said he was a vibrant soul – he was, indeed.

Gage and Adree were married in September of 2019, in a ceremony on a farm in Dahlonega surrounded by family and friends. Together since high school, the two enjoyed spending time with family and gaming together. Known in the gaming community as Gage2G, Gage loved video games and played on a platform known as PubG. He dreamed of one day making a living creating his own podcasts and streaming his game feeds. Over the past few years, Gage reignited his childhood love for motorcycles and came home from a supposed “car shopping trip”with a new motorcycle instead. He joined a biker community, the Street Society, and spent almost every weekend at cookouts and riding with people with whom he shared his passion. Ultimately, this passion is what took Gage’s life, and although we are heartbroken over his loss, there must be some gratitude in knowing that Gage died doing exactly what he loved.

Gage was fiercely proud and protective of his family. He loved his baby sister, Meca. He had an incredibly special bond with his momma - she was his person, and he was hers. If one thing was true, it was that Gage loved his family more than anything in the world. Gone too soon, Gage is survived by his wife, Adreanna Bilaki (Jordan), his parents Ronnie and Christy Steedley, his sister, Nomeca Steedley, his grandmother Donna Sharp (Randy), his grandfather Wayne Gordon (Karen), uncles Wesley Gordon (Courtney), Daniel Rowe (Susan) and Robert Steedley(Amie), nieces and nephews Adam, Arianna, Caleb, Camden, Christopher, Dawson, Destiny, McKenna, Rori, Warren, and so many other loved ones. Gage was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cindy Bilaki. We would also like to recognize Adree’s family: Brian and Talitha Jordan, Breanna and Adam Dupaquier and Ellie, Gibson and Evvie – all of whom played an important role in Gage’s life over the last ten years. We are all so incredibly sad for his loss.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Poole Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kevin Osborn officiating.  Visitation will be held from noon until 2:00 pm at Poole Funeral Home.
