Rex Warren Obituary
Rex Allen Warren passed away on January 29th, 2025.
Rex was born on June 22, 1956, and lived his life in Northwest Iowa.
Rex was proceeded in death by his grandpa Ren and grandma Dar Campbell, mother, Lela Campbell Warren, and daughter and Son. Survived by his wife Barb Warren, and her children Ben Armstrong (wife Laura), Angela Lampert (husband Luther), Will Smith (wife Mary), and Dani Raines (husband Jeremy), 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and many more family and friends.
Rex was retired however he worked most of his life in grain elevators and driving semis and he served as Mayor of Gillett Grove. Rex was also a member of The Pony Express for many years. He enjoyed spending afternoons with the guys, taking care of his yard, watching westerns and teasing his grandchildren.
There will be a casual Celebration of Life February 8, 2025, at the Pausesome Lodge (garage) at 1105 Carr St, Ruthven IA, 2-4pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Barb Warren, 1105 Carr St, Ruthven IA 51358.
