To any who happen upon this page, what a treasure it is to me. The words offer the most precious reminder of my Dad. He has a great grandson now, Rexford Rivers Bearinger, son of Rex's dear Natalie. His legacy of love lives on. Amen

I served under Capt. Wolf when he was Wing Commander on USS Forestal. He was a fine man and a dedicated naval officer. Please accept my deepest condolences on his passing.

Mrs. Wolf,
Please accept my sincere sympathy for your loss. Rex and I graduated together in 1958 and were members of the Blume High School marching band; something we were very proud of. Rex and I were also very good friends in school.
May God Bless You and Your Family.
Sincerely,
Diane (Kiefer) Kelley

Dear Susie and family,
My deepest sympathy on the loss of Rex. As you may recall we were squadron mates back in VS-35. He was a remarkable naval officer and gentleman of the highest order. I wish we could have stayed in contact over the years but our paths never crossed after VS-35. He sure had a most sucessful career and it appears he continued that talent into his personal and church life after his service to his country. You surely must be proud of him as we are.
Sincerely,
Joe Kuhn

Mrs. Wolf and family - I only had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Wolf a short time and my father was in cardiac rehab with him a year ago for a short time as well. He was a good Christian man always with a smile. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers especially during this time of loss.

Susie, Charles and I are deeply sorry about your sudden loss of your beloved husband and partner in life. Rex was a uniquely creative, brilliant and brave soldier for God who forged new paths and built bridges of understanding for God's kingdom. He has left a great legacy of energetic discipleship that will inspire us all for the rest of our lives. We grieve with and for you and your daughters. You are and will be in our hearts, our thoughts and prayers. Susie, we shall be calling you early in January to find a time when we can visit and share with you how much Rex meant to us and how dear you are to us. May you find comfort in knowing that our awesome God will provide support and strength in this time of great loss through your loving family and friends. We love you!
