RHODA ANN GRANBERRY

DOTHAN… Rhoda Ann Granberry, a resident Westside Terrace in Dothan, Alabama, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026, at a Dothan hospital. She was 79.

A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday February 03, 2026 at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M..

Ms. Granberry was born in Dothan, Alabama, to the late Ralph Key and Ruby Lucille Monk Key. A lifelong resident of the area, she graduated from Dothan High School in 1964. She devoted many years of her life to working as a seamstress at West Point Pepperell, where her strong hands and steady dedication reflected her caring heart. She later worked at McLane Company and, in the years that followed, lovingly served as a sitter, offering comfort, patience, and companionship to those in her care.

Ms. Granberry was a faithful member of Berean Baptist Church in Dothan, where her quiet faith and gentle spirit were evident to all who knew her. She found peace and happiness in her garden, spending countless hours tending her flower beds and taking pride in the beauty she created. She also enjoyed cheering on Alabama football.

More than anything else in this world, Ms. Granberry loved her family. Her greatest joy came from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure. They were the light of her life, and her love for them will forever live on in their hearts.

In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by 1 sister and 4 brothers.

Surviving relatives include her daughter, Tracy Lee Williams; son, Jeffrey Lee (Marianne); grandchildren, Hannah Lamb (Matt), Seth Williams (Mara), Parker Williams, Ana Grace Lee; great grandchildren, Lilly Carnes, Rhodes Lamb, Tate Williams, Brooks Williams; several other loving family members and friends.
