Rhonda May Jones Irvin, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away at the age of 61 on November 23, 2025, in San Angelo, Texas, after a valiant battle with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Born on May 27, 1964, in Brawley, California, Rhonda's life was a testament to the strength and courage she carried throughout her years.
Rhonda was predeceased by her parents, Sherman and Clara Jones, and her loving sister, Cindy Sutton. She is survived by her sister Paula Jones, her cherished daughters Leslie Brock, married to Adam Debaugh, Mandy Saldana, married to Joey Saldana, April Martinez, married to Andrew Martinez, and Tracie Mitchell. Rhonda's legacy continues through her adoring 21 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Her nieces and nephews, Penny, Clara, Linda, Carol, Mary Jo, and Daniel, will forever hold dear the memories of their kind aunt.
Rhonda spent many years as a dedicated housekeeper, where she formed lasting relationships and made a positive impact on the lives of those she worked with. Rhonda found immense joy in caring for her grandkids, nieces, and nephews, and her presence was a source of comfort and happiness to them.
Those who knew Rhonda will remember her for the love she so freely gave and the courage with which she faced life's adversities. Her kindness was a gentle force that inspired everyone around her. Rhonda will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Memorial Service is to be held Saturday, December 6th, 2025 at 2:00PM at Forgiven Ministries Church, 2900 W. FM2105 in San Angelo, Texas. Followed by a Balloon Release at Glenrest Cemetery in Big Lake, Texas at 5:00PM.
