Growing up next to the Libby family was a privilege. What a rich childhood we had. Our lives intertwined in many ways over the years. Rhonda was a ray of sunshine and always had an interesting perspective to share. Her bright smile and wit will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. Bugsy, I hope you have found the peace you deserve.
