Rhonda Lynn Roberts passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026. A memorial service will be held at Hart’s Jones County Chapel on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 3:00 in the afternoon. The family will host visitation one hour prior to the service in the same location.

Rhonda Pittman was born September 2, 1964, in Macon to the late Joyce Ann Donaldson and James Lamar Pittman, Sr. Raised in Jones County, a place she proudly called home, she devoted her life to helping others. Rhonda found her calling in nursing and worked as an LPN for many years until she became disabled. She was known as a kind, caring, and compassionate caretaker.

Rhonda’s hobbies included fishing, cooking, gardening, crocheting and sewing. Her family and friends will miss her greatly and fondly remember her warmth and smile.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, James Lamar Pittman, Sr. and Joyce Ann Donaldson; as well as her stepmother, Patricia Delashmitt Pittman. She is survived by her husband, Michael Roberts; daughters, Amber Davis (Brad); Christen Kinsey; and four grandchildren, Liam; August; Emily; and Dalton. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, Jay Pittman (Bob); sister, Kimberly Ingle (Mitch); stepbrother, Robby Collins (Jenny); stepsister, Sherian Collins Miller (Travis); aunt, Linda Estes (Steve) and nephews, Andrew McDowell; Sidney Burgess; and Alex Burgess.
