 Richard was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Shirley Applegate and Sue Beth Struthers.

Survivors: parents, Tracy Jameson, Randall Applegate and wife Patricia; sisters, Ashley Applegate and Nikki Barnett; brothers, James Jameson, Timothy Barnett and Christopher Derryberry; grandfathers, Dee Applegate and Coy Hart Sr. and wife Patricia; nieces, Elizabeth Florez, Olivia Vasquez and Abbey Jameson; aunts, Misty Applegate, Sherlin Register and husband Alex, Robin Casey and husband Randy, Amy Flanagan and husband Dustin; uncles, Eugene Russell and wife Laura, Ted Russell and wife Lori; numerous extended family and friends.
