Richard Earl Beilstein Sr., 96, of Greenville, PA, passed away of natural causes on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Clepper Manor in Sharon, PA.
He was born in Greenville, PA on April 9, 1928, to the late Edward and Catherine (Pfaff) Beilstein.
Richard graduated from Penn High School in 1946 and worked at Westinghouse Electric as a Fitter, then worked at Greenville Tube Corps and Garvin Industries. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in which he was very involved. Richard also loved horses very much.
Richard is survived by his wife at home, the former Shirley (McConnell) Beilstein. Also surviving are: two sons, Duane (Pamela) Beilstein of Greenville, PA, Richard (Angela) Beilstein Jr. of Slippery Rock, PA; daughter, Cathy (Keith) Snyder of Transfer, PA. A step-son William Colquitt of San Franciso, CA., and a step-daughter, Carol Graham (Mark) of Innsbrook, MO., and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by: a sister, Mary Kinder and 2 brothers, Kenneth and Clair Beilstein.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 10, 2024, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Calvary United Methodist Church, Inc., 44 South Mercer St., Greenville.
Funeral Service will be held at Calvary United Methodist Church, Inc., 44 South Mercer St., Greenville, at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2024, with Pastor Sally Bell officiating.
Burial will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Shenango Valley Cemetery, Greenville, PA.
