Richard Bell Obituary

Richard Kipp Bell, 72, of Washington, passed away, Saturday, November 29, 2025. He was born December 5, 1952, in Natrona Heights, a son of the late Kipp Henry and Mary Ellen Mathabel Bell. Mr. Bell was a 1970 graduate of Highlands High School in Natrona Heights, and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh He had been employed by PPG and Hewlitt - Packard in supply chain management. He loved building computers, had a lifelong passion for cars and motorcycles, and enjoyed cooking, especially on his weber grill. Richard is survived by four children: Allison Bell of Venus, Texas, Deanna Bell of Conroe, Texas, Ryan Bell of Cypress, Texas and Valerie Bell of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren, Ayla Spears and Jackson Ryan; three sisters: Kay Bell Sirianni of La Jolla, Calif., Cherion Ann Furgiuele of Sparks, Nev. and Sandy Milsom of New Kensington; and several cousins, nieces and a nephew. A virtual service is being planned for a future date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K.
