Richard A. Benjamin, 81, Lombard, IL. Passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Beloved Husband of the late Millie Benjamin (nee Consier). Devoted Father of Sandra Marrs and Dan Lake. Dear Grandfather of Kandice Cruz, Maxine Lake and the late Randy Cruz Jr. Fond Great Grandfather of Randy Cruz III. Cherished Brother of Bobbie Druszkowski. Dear Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are to gather for the Memorial Visitation on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Humes Funeral Home, 320 W. Lake Street, Addison, IL 60101. Interment will remain private. For additional information call 630-628-8808.
