Richard G. Bilger Jr.

I went to Hereford High and was in the Class of '70 with Richard. The last time I saw him was at a reunion. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace Richard. The Class of '70 will miss you.

I am so sorry for the loss, Richard and I went to school at Fifth District Elementary and Hereford High. The class of 70' of Hereford will miss our classmate. He was always very nice.

I am so very sorry for the family for their loss of Richard. Richard went to Hereford High School with my late husband, Charles Winston Shock, who passed away July 24, 2009. I worked with Richard at Three M Tool and Die from 1998 to 2002. He was a gentleman and just a nice respectful person that was a pleasure to know.
