She preceded him in death in 2019 after 65 years of marriage.
In his youth, Dick and his older brother Jack worked the Toledo Mud Hen games at Swayne Field either ushering or selling the peanuts and popcorn.
Dick was employed by Toledo Edison for 37 years in the Metering department. He and Kathy built several homes in Bedford Township and Sylvania before moving to Spring Hill Florida in 1995. They moved back to Sylvania in 2005 to be closer to family.

Surviving Dick are his sons Richard (Marnie), James (Bonnie), Thomas (Chris), and Ronald (Morgan).

Dick had 18 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson – Lucca Lee Wynn.
Family meant the world to him. His arms were always open to hold the babies.
A Celebration of Life luncheon will be held in Sylvania at a later date. Please contact family members for details. Interment will be private at Toledo Memorial Park.
