Richard BRYAN Obituary
On February 21, 2026; Richard Eugene Bryan, aka Gene; beloved father passed away at home with family in Virginia. Richard was born April 18, 1940, at home in the District of Columbia/Georgetown. He worked for the Republican Congressional Printing Office/Thomas Lankford in the Cannon & Rayburn Buildings on Capitol Hill and was a member of Union Local 72, from 1961 - 1999.
Gene found great joy living on the water. In his retirement he took up, gardening, classical guitar, and enjoyed traveling both coasts with his children.
Richard is preceded in death by his beloved wife Ann Bryan, and late wife Betty Bryan, sister Alice Boney, Mother Margaret Kearns, stepfather Clarence Prentice (Pop), brothers Clyde Prentice, and James Bryan.
Richard is survived by his children, Valerie Bryan, Natalie Bryan, Anthony Bryan, brother Robert Bryan, and sister Judy. Gene will be deeply and forever missed by friends and family.
