Richard Carroll

Richard Carroll, 70, of New London, died December 9, 2011 at his residence after a lengthy illness. Born January 15, 1941, in Honaker, Kentucky and has resided in New London since the age of seven. He served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1962. Richard worked at Ohio Body Manufacturing Company for 17 1/2 years, P&R Machine Shop in Mansfield for 3 years, Schmidth Security in Mansfield for 3 years and retired from Roth Manufacturing due to disability. Survivors include his loving and dedicated wife, RueVonne (Harvey) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dee and Della (Stewart) Carroll; sisters, Reba Dagon and Hazel Case; brothers, Hayes Mullins, Gomer Mullins, Joe Mullins, Reeves Carroll and Robert Carroll.
