Richard passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Carriage House in Bay City at the age of 66.
Funeral service for Richard will take place on Tuesday, March 17 at 2:00 p.m. at Gephart Funeral Home with interment to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
