Richard Comstock Obituary
Richard graduated from Union City High School in 1962. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard, and was a Vietnam Veteran. He drove truck 32 years with Corry Jamestown, and Presque Isle Trucking until his retirement. Richard enjoyed family picnics, gathering with his high school classmates, and his hobby of trains. His infectious laugh and humor will be missed by many.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 237 in Union City.
Richard is survived by his wife, Nancy Bidwell Comstock; daughters, Tammy (Scott) Caldwell; Stacy (Jason) Bedow; and son Richard G (Maria) Comstock; Grandchildren, Joshua, Vanessa (James), Derek, Jade, and Mya; Brothers, Donald Skip (Carol) Comstock and Jim (Sandy) Beeman; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Pleasant Ridge Manor for their compassion and expert care.
