Played football with Rick for 4 years at SPHS. He was as tough as nails and a great teammate. Last time I saw Rick was in the early 80's. I was in a jewelry store in Menlo Park Mall looking at engagement rings with my now ex-wife. I looked up from the counter at the window in front of me and Rick was on the other side of the window waiving his hands and yelling "Don't Do It". Funniest thing I ever saw, still picture it like it was yesterday.
