Mr. Richard Paul Fossey

Richard Paul Fossey, 68, of Litchfield Park, Az., passed away last Monday, April 24, 2017 after a brief battle with cancer. Born Jan. 5, 1949 to Oliver and Shirley Fossey, he lived most of his life in St. Ansgar, Iowa. He served in the army from 1969-1971. He worked in the food industry for most of his career, building his own company, Old Ranch Services. He was Senior Athlete of the year at St. Ansgar High school, playing football, basketball and baseball. He enjoyed golf, baseball, football- just about anything on the sports channels. He is survived by his wife, Beth, daughters, Dr. Robyn Fossey (Dr. Juan Carlos Zeballos) and grandson, Bennet, of Rochester, MN.. Hollie Fossey and grandson Reilly of Arvada, CO.. Jessica Lewis (Dean) and grandson Carter, of Litchfield Park, AZ.. Step-son, Brian Beauchemin (Heather) and granddaughter, Cayanne, of Hideaway, TX.. And step-daughter, Kristin (Chris) and grandsons, Chase and Sawyer of Lynnwood, WA..He is also survived by his 7 siblings: Sharon Justice (Bob), Ken (Cindy) Fossey, Keith (Avis) Fossey, Karen (Clint) Hakes, Denny (Sue) Fossey, Kathy (Mike) Gainey, and Mike (Tracey) Fossey.
