Rick was the finest, most caring and gentle person I have ever known. I originally knew Rick from work and found that he was the most intellegent and hardworking co-worker. We shared both good times and bad but he was always optimistic and always was able to see the bright side of any difficult situation. He would always have a joke to cheer us all up and I will always remember is smile and laugh.
He was extremely dedicated to AEPCO and all his fellow workers. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. I was proud to know him and even more I was proud, and considered myself lucky, to call him my friend.
Rest in peace, Rick.
