Richard A. Gaines Sr.

Sending my condolences to the Gaines family during this difficult time. I am heart broken to hear of Mr. Richard Gaines passing . I will never forget Mr. Gaines . I met Mr. Gaines in Beaumont TX December 2005 on a deployment with Fema . Mr. Gaines hired me on with Fema. He liked the energy and the quick thinking i displayed while he was interviewing me. He told me after i got hired on that i would be an excellent employee for Fema . Mr. Gaines was a very nice and caring person .Mr. Gaines looked out for the people who worked for him . I am going to Miss Mr. Gaines . Until we meet again RIP my friend .
