Richard Otto Hansen, the son of Arthur and Caryol (Clausen) Hansen, was born December 1, 1962 in Superior, Nebraska. He passed away March 11, 2026 at the Good Samaritan Society in Superior, Nebraska at the age of 63 years.
Richard attended public school in Superior and was a graduate of Superior High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, infant sister Deborah and infant brother Jonas.
Survivors include his siblings Caryn Geiger of Superior, Colorado; Denise (Sam) Long of Stanwood, Washington; Blaine (Cathy), Atlantic, Iowa; Sherryl (James) Zoltenko of Courtland, Kansas; Jim of Superior, Nebraska; Christina (Stan) Eggen of Montgomery, Texas; Tamera of Superior, Colorado; and Jeff (Jennifer) of Burgaw, North Carolina; many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Private family services with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Superior, Nebraska.
