So many memories and stories as far back as the 60's -
To find his way around town, was to say, "which tavern is it by" -
He compiled a list of taverns that had 'dimers nights'(dime beers) for every night of the week -
He claimed to love trying new and different foods - Not just from the deli like corned beef, pastrami, Italian salami -
But when he helped me move to Bend, we had dinner at an Italian restaurant and instead of just getting the standard Italian spaghetti and meatballs or lasagna, what caught his eye ??
Sweetbreads ! In case you didn't know are the 'innards' of an animal and unless fully cleaned give off a barnyard smell that can fill a room -
G-d love him, he held his nose and knocked down that nasty stuff !
These are just some of the classics of the life of Rich I can share -
So many more that can not -
Deepest sympathy to the entire Horrocks clan -
Love ya all .. AL

Condolences to Family and friends. Will miss our chats at the CBA functions, wish I had made more. So full of energy and information and always asked for updates on our boys sports.

Rich, You will surely be missed. We always looked forward to our photo from the previous year at ABA that you always took of various members. And we will miss you at the Rahne Friday ABA get together..... The cheese really lit up your face, if you know what I mean. You will not be forgotten.

So sorry for your loss. Rich made the call to our house after hearing of our can collection and he and Sharon made the visit in 2003 with us being friends ever since. He was a great guy and will be missed by all his collecting friends. Denise and Bill Webbert, Norfolk NE
