I was also very saddened to learn of Dick's unexpected death. I knew and respected him as my very first supervisor at TI over 20 years ago.
He was a very respected leader and mentor to many people, and a wonderfully kind person. He will be missed by all.

I was very saddened to learn of Dick's unexpected death.I knew and respected him as an engineering colleague and I enjoyed hikng through the state forests of Massachusetts and Rhode Island with him after we retired.I will miss him.
