Here's some photos of Rik. He sent me these flower's at a very low point in my life. We could talk forever about so many random things. He definitely made you explain yourself on your positions and beliefs. Will never forget his generosity and caring heart, and his love for his polish heritage, cats and antiques. Gone way too soon. Thank you & Blessings!

I have known Ricky for decades, DECADES. He was a dear friend of mine. We went to the Southeast Michigan Family Support Council Board Meetings for almost every month for several years. We would have all of the meetings at a restaurant and we were the only Child Support Specialists there, representing everyone in Southeast Michigan. We would usually ride together up to Boyne Highlands, MI for the Annual Conference almost every year together. I picked him up for the trips and we would argue about the music he and I would play on the . As car CD player. As hard as I tried, I still had to give in and let him play some of those CDs I hated. I would invite him to my home to play Bid Whist or meet him at a Coworkers house in the city for parties from time, in backyards, basement, and plain house parties. He and a group of us went out to lunch together every two or three months on our off days. On days when we hung out together we argued over Politics and Religion, even though we knew we weren't supposed to. And he knew I was right! And I don't think the cat deserved his own room!
I spoke to him the day he died, just about him collecting the money for our annual Costco Memberships. I am glad that I may have been one of the last voices that he heard. I love you and will forever miss you, my dear friend.

This saddens me to hear of the passing of Richard. I just recently met him and was happy to see his involvement of Detroit's Polonia. May the angels welcome him to paradise. God Bless Richard's family and friends during this difficult time.
