Richard Eugene Marsh, age 79 of Orange Park, FL passed away on May 19, 2022.
Richard Eugene Marsh, age 79 of Orange Park, FL passed away on May 19, 2022.Born October 12, 1942 in Jacksonville, FL to Richard L. and Nadine Roberts Marsh. He attended local schools, then graduated from Linden High School in Linden, AL. After joining the US Army, he served in Vietnam. He was a proud veteran.
Richard worked as an electrician during his long career. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle with friends at the American Legion Post #137 in Jacksonville, FL. He was of the Methodist faith.
Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Nadine Holland.
Left to cherish his memory are his sisters Kay Allen [Chuck], Pat Williams [Roger], Alene Brooks [Jimmy]; nephew Carey "Scooter" Tidmore [Brie], niece Lisa Kay Powers, niece Marie; great-niece Demarria Williams; great-nieces Kendall Norvelle and Katlyn Yawn and great-nephews Cameron Mosley and Houston Tidmore.
The family would like to extend their most grateful appreciation to everyone at Premier Assisted Living for taking such wonderful care of Richard.
No services are planned at this time.
