In memory of
Stanley Viner

Dear Jennifer and Reiko,
I am still in shock for the loss of my dear friend Richard. I remember the first time we met at the Beverly Hills Country Club, in Kentucky, we had dinner.
Dick and I met that year as we were teaching together at Hughes High School, afternoon /night school.
Our friendship continued to prosper through various social activities; Brookside Lake Boat Rides, Bridge Club, French Lick Presidential Suite(private joke) plus other summer vacations, and New Trenton Church chicken dinners.
Dick was an outstanding O.W.E. Coordinator and Cincinnati Board of Education Administrator.
When Dick was the night Principal of Taft High School, he employed me as a History teacher for the high school. This teaching assignment was a great blessing, as I was approaching retirement.
Dick had a great sense of humor, outstanding personality, and had a great love for his family.
Thank you Dick for the great memories we shared together.
We will miss you.

Dick was a classmate from grades 1 through 12. It's always sad to see another classmate pass away. Dick certainly aged well - he looks an awful lot like I remembered him from high school.

Dick was a very funny man. Whenever having a bad day at work, I would always stop by Dick's desk for a laugh and a reminder from him..."it could be worse"!
He was a man of integrity, humor and humility! His sense of humor and kindness will be missed by all students whose lives he impacted and those of us who had the pleasure to work with him. Dick you are missed and will continued to be.
