At this time words are not enough to express how much sadness I feel about the passing of my 4th grade teacher Mr. Richard Moncur.
I was in Rich´s class in Declo when he first started teaching.
What a wonderful person and i just want to share myself with the family.
He made me smile every day and I hope that my few words bring comfort to his family.
He made a huge difference in my life.
