Richard was born on April 10, 1933 and passed away in November 2019. Upon graduation from Oklahoma A&M Rick served as a captain in the United Army during the Vietnam War Era. A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 9, 2019 at United Methodist Church, 200 N.
